These terms govern your use of Funnels Fast, a product-to-funnel planning studio operated by Web Media University. By using the website or the studio workspace, you agree to these terms.

What Funnels Fast is

Funnels Fast helps you plan a funnel around one offer: it drafts page copy, email sequences and a strategy brief that you review and edit. The service is in early access and available by invitation only.

Accounts and access

Access is invitation-based. You can request early access, and invitations are sent at our discretion. Each invited member has a private workspace and is responsible for keeping their sign-in credentials safe. We may suspend or remove access for misuse, or end the early access program, at any time.

Content you create

You own the text, offers, brand assets and other content you enter into the studio. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, display and process that content within the service so it can work for you. Drafts generated with AI assistance are suggestions for you to review and edit before use; you are responsible for what you publish with them.

Publishing, emails and payments

Pages. Funnels Fast exports page drafts and files. You deploy them yourself where you host your website; the service does not host or publish pages for you.
Emails. Email sequences are drafts. Sending happens in your own email platform; the service does not send marketing emails for you.
Payments. The service does not process payments. If you sell anything through your funnels, checkout happens through your own external checkout links. Paid plans for the studio itself are planned but not yet available, and pricing shown is planned launch pricing.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, or attempt to access other members' workspaces or data. Don't resell or scrape the service without permission.

No professional or results guarantee

Funnels Fast is a planning and drafting tool. We do not guarantee any business, marketing or sales results, and nothing in the service is legal, financial or professional advice. Sample funnels shown on this site are fictional examples, not customer results.

Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" during early access, without warranties of any kind, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may update features and these terms over time; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
